Ingredients
  • 1 pound of bacon
  • 4-6 toasted Gluten Butter Rolls
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Sea salt & pepper

  • 1 pound of bacon
  • 4-6 toasted Gluten Butter Rolls
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Sea salt & pepper

Instructions
  1. Cook bacon until crispy
  2. Slice Gluten Free Butter Rolls in half
  3. Toast them in toaster until they are slightly browned on the edges
  4. Slice avocados in half, remove pit, and cut them in 3 sections
  5. Spread each toasted roll with avocado section, salt and pepper to taste, and top half of the rolls with sliced tomato
  6. Break bacon in half and put on top of tomato
  7. Top each sandwich with avocado smeared bun
  8. Serve immediately
