Ingredients
  • 1 cup gluten free baking mix
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup cold water

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions
  1. Combine salt & baking mix in a large mixing bowl
  2. Using fork, mix coconut oil into flour mixture
  3. Make small well in flour for the liquid mixture
  4. Whisk together water and egg white
  5. Pour egg mixture into well made in the flour mixture
  6. Mix well until mixture forms a ball
  7. Wrap dough in plastic & refrigerate 30 minutes
  8. Remove pie crust from fridge and allow to rest for 10 minutes
  9. Roll dough flat between 2 pieces of parchment paper
  10. Turn dough over onto pie plate
  11. Crimp pie edge with your fingers
  12. Poke holes in crust with fork
  13. Bake for 20 minutes.
  14. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  15. Crust will be very light brown
