I can’t think of a time when these Peach & Bacon stacks wouldn’t make a great side dish. Better yet- Need a clever appetizer? Whip these little party pleasers up in minutes and you’ve just wowed your guests! Looking for a brunch dish that is different than all the ordinary offerings? This is your answer!

Super simple never taster so delish! Magic happens when you combine the all star flavors of bacon, peach, & goat cheese. The balsomic pushes this dish into the EPIC category. These would be great to serve at a brunch or bridal/baby shower.

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe peaches sliced¼ inch vertical slices
  • 2-4 oz goat cheese crumbled
  • 6-8 slices crispy bacon crumbled
  • Drizzle balsomic vinegar to taste
  • Sprinkle sea salt to taste

Instructions
  1. Slice peaches in half, remove pits, slice each half in 3 or 4 - ¼ inch slices
  2. Lay each slice from one peach on large plate
  3. Crumble goat cheese and sprinkle over peach slices
  4. Top with crumbled bacon
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
  6. Top with the peach slices from the other peach
  7. Drizzle with more balsamic
  8. Sprinkle with sea salt
