Gone are the days of boring same ol’ same ol’ white rice! This jasmine rice is infused with beef marrow & vegetables and has a rich nutty flavor. It is great as a side dish and makes the very best base for your favorite rice dishes.

Why post a recipe for “just rice” you ask. Because THIS recipe is so far past the same ol’ same ol’ “just rice” it isn’t even in the same league. Using nutty Jasmine rice infused with rich beef bone marrow is what makes this rice Forking Epic. It truly is the Best Rice Eva’!

Here is how to make the BEST RICE EVA’…

Melt coconut oil in large pot on medium high heat. Add jasmine rice & sea salt and sauté for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Rice will start to lightly toast & change color

Break carrots & celery in half and add to rice along with garlic, bay leaf, and marrow bone. Stir in spring water

Cover and reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 20 minutes without stirring or opening lid. Because I am a rule breaker, I had to open the lid so that I can take a pic of the rich broth from the bone and veggies. THIS is what makes this rice so epic! And don’t get me started on the healing properties and health benefits of bone broth!!

Remove vegetables and bone for your pooch. My big boy Haas (my Cane Corso Mastiff) waits patiently by the stove while the rice cooks. He knows the instant I take the bone from the freezer that he will be getting his favorite treat soon, so he keeps watch over the rice for me while it cooks. If you have a really big bone, you could use it a few times before you give it you your fur-baby.

Stir rice and serve with your favorite dish.  Looking for dinner ideas? This rice is perfect with my Forking EPIC Sweet & Spicy Pineapple Salmon and Shrimp Fried Rice.
